Avilamycin, also known as oxytetracycline, aramectin, avidin, and fasin, is a novel digestive enhancer and metabolic regulator that is produced by fermentation of green streptomycin-producing bacteria. Dichloroisosporic acid ester, belonging to the oligosaccharide antibiotics of the orthomycin group, avilamycin mainly inhibits Gram-positive bacteria, and has a poor effect on Gram-negative bacteria. The auxin-based feed additive is a new feed somatotropin for promoting pigs and broilers, and the effect of avilamycin on growth is remarkable.
